The more “action packed” episode wasn’t as interesting as anything dealing with how people are dealing with the plague/cordon in previous ones. I’m still enjoying it, however I’m glad it’s a “limited series event.” It’ll conclude before it can wear out its welcome completely.

Yeah, I’m with you guys. My wife teaches a high school class that focuses on English as it relates to the sciences (stuff like The Time Machine and The Martian) and one of the books she teaches is The Hot Zone. She was so pumped for this show and for weeks it was our “watch it the night it airs” show. But it’s turned into a bit of a slog and now with Scream back on the air this series is piling up on the DVR. We’ll burn through it one weekend because we’ve come this far, but every time we see a “next week” bumper we both go “it’s not over yet?”
