I always feel like hell's kitchen makes him look like a bad leader cause he takes competent people and stresses them out so much over minor things that they sorta just spiral into a quivering mass of nerves. I mean obviously that's kind of the point of the show but it'd be a bad way to actually manage a team outside the context of entertainment television.

I'm just saying a good leader can make incompetent people seem competent while he straight up does the opposite of that on the show. He's totally different on master chef and actually helps the people who are good cooks but kinda unconfident flourish but on hell's kitchen he's there to play a different role for entertainment.

e: I mean that comes across as mean but the whole point of adding the cream is to prevent the eggs from overcooking so if you want em hotel buffet style there's no real point
