That's a pretty funny video. I've never heard anything bad about his actual michelin star restaurants and he's obviously hamming it up on this show because fox tells him too, so he's okay in my book. It would probably be fun to spend a day with him at his house, hanging around his little farm and cooking.

I love that US Kitchen Nightmares where he hates all of the food except the desserts and he asks the old lady that makes the desserts for her recipes.

I just wish they would focus on the lovely food and not the family drama. Call me an rear end in a top hat, but I don't care that your family has no money and you're getting divorced and your children hate you. I want to see Ramsay trash your food for half an hour, then show you how to actually cook for the other half an hour.
