For anyone interested, and apologies if this has been mentioned before, the program these comics are made with is: https://www.pixton.com/ you can use a free account if you want so you're now able to all go nuts and make terrible goon comics I guess. Or good ones, if that's your thing. I recognized the program because I've shown a few staff here how to use (for making instructional things for class) and someone asked what it was from.
