Making a half-assed aoli with mayo and sriracha also works well on bay shrimp and avocado on English muffins.

trader joes sriracha sauce is pretty bad, it has this weird sweet garlic taste.

Got that once and regretted it - it would more accurately be labeled sriracha ketchup.
