I live near a few reservations and know / worked with a few indians. Most are kind of ambivalnet about it, on the one hand it's good to maintain these active communities because otherwise the languages and cultures would probably die out, but on the other,wyntyr posted:Shits hosed yo. I'll see if I can get my uncle to tell me some stories but it's basically "everyone's a spouse abusing alcoholic diabetic, that's why I married your blonde haired blue eyed whitebread aunt and never ever looked back" yeah, in practice they're mostly meth / alcoholism / crime ridden hellholes.
