Call 1: "Your modem is end of life I cant help you any further" (my modem is a 2016 DOCSIS 3.0 approved comcast modem) Call 2: Sorry you cant activate your own modem unless you also buy a TV Package "luckily" I found out they sent me an official comcast modem without my loving permission to this apartment building i just moved into so its been sitting downstairs in the doorway for a week so now I have internet but i have to pay them $10 a month to rent it. overall what the gently caress
