How the gently caress is it a rule that a kick can be dead well in bounds at the 2 yard line, and a receiving player can go out of bounds and then reach back in and pick it up, and this makes it a kickoff out of bounds and they get it at the 40 despite the fact the kick was not even close to being out of bounds
