Part of the strong bird food forum series of megathreads Greetings. This thread is for talking about water. Water - it's the blue liquid that lives in the oceans and it comes out of your sink. Humans have been drinking water for about as long as we can remember. There's even archaeological evidence that the Egyptians AND the ancient Greeks drank the stuff. Personally, I can't get enough of water. There's something about water that draws me to it, almost on a subconscious level. Doctors recommend you drink it, but it doesn't have any flavors in it so some people don't like to. But that doesn't turn of me off it. Water comes in a few different types, which I'll quickly explain in a little detail below. Varieties of water Water (plain): Good ol' water. Comes out of the sink. You can use this water. Ocean water: Comes out of the ocean. Largely useless due to its high fish content. Avoid if possible. Dirt water: Water that people dig out of the ground. Before we invented the water sink, this was how everyone around the world got their water. Sky water: Comes out of the sky. Some people use this like original water, but you need to make sure it's not full of acid by giving it to Litmus first. Bottle water: Same as original water, but it comes out of someone else's sink. You can use this if you want, but can you really trust another person's sink? Hard water: When all kinds of water get cold, they can sometimes become hard as a rock. This kind of hard water is called 'ice water'. You can use this hard water to make your other water types colder. Cool! Hope this helps. Figured out some other varieties of water earlier. Rotten plant water: Water that has rotten plants in it. Popular due to its alcohol content, 'RPW' is a known poison which causes cancer. Fresh plant water: Water that has regular plants in it. Manufactured by placing the plants into hot water. Pretty good for a change from classic water. Is not poison. Cow water: Water from a female cow, this stuff is known in some circles as milked water. Burnt bean water: Similar to 'FPW'. Burnt bean water was discovered by the Arab tribes, and the plant that yields the beans remains a closely guarded secret by those August people.
