1ppr. Should I acquire and start Peyton Barber (TB) v OAK, over Zach Zenner (DEN) @ HOU? I'm desperate for a one-week start RB here, my other starting RB is Bilal Powell. I also grabbed Ty Montgomery, but NFL.com doesn't list him as an RB yet, so I'm having to flex him. Peyton Barber is backing up Jaquizz, while Zach is backing up Forsett... but also Dwayne Washington and/or Theo Riddick, if either of those guys comes off injury to play this weekend.

I would start any of those three over Booker, even if CJ sat. Ware is the one I'd be most nervous about, on the basis that Jamaal could possibly start taking some snaps, but god Denver's O looked awful on sunday and I would not have much confidence that Booker gets any TDs. Whereas I think Ware certainly gets TDs against Indy. And in non-PPR, TDs seem much more important than PPR scoring. And I really don't think Charles is gonna play. I'd start Ware over Booker.

Ugh that's tough. Robinson is a better player, but Beasely is flat out playing better, and as such their production so far this year has been substantially similar. I guess I'd lean slightly in favor of a-rob? But not by much and if you need a floor of at least like 6 points, go with Cole. He's guaranteed some looks and is not dropping balls. A-rob's floor has just been reset as being as little as 3 points in PPR... and that was against Oakland.

My starting lineup in one 1ppr league this week: Trevor Siemian Bilal Powell (limited practice today, didn't practice earlier this week) Peyton Barber (backup to jaquizz) Emmanual Sanders Ty Montgomery (NFL.com does not have him designated as RB, so he's in a WR slot) Vernon Davis (limited practice this week, probably worthless if jordan reed plays) Will Fuller (in my WR/RB flex spot) Jordan Matthews (in my WR/TE flex spot) A kicker Eagles D/ST Paul Posluszny (IDP guy). My bench: Eli Manning (BYE) Carson Palmer (limited practice, @CAR, inexplicably sucks this year) LeVeon Bell (BYE) Doug Martin (didn't practice, had a setback, but still not on IR) Sterling Shepard (BYE) Adam Thielen @ CHI Sammy Watkins (In my IR slot). My RB situation is loving dire. I'm 2-5 so just losing this week is a really bad idea. This is a 14-team league so the waiver wire is picked clean. If Bilal Powell doesn't play, I'll have to drop either him or one of my bench guys for a third string RB. If Jordan Reed plays, I'll have to drop Vernon for a waiver tight end. I had to drop Tyrod Taylor to get Siemian, because he's probably somehow better than Carson Goddamn Palmer, but I can't quite bring myself to outright drop Palmer because what if he gets good again? I dropped Victor Cruz for Ty, because it can't be any worse and I'm obviously too invested in the Giants. Does anyone see a way out here? Should I start Thielen over Fuller? Someone tell me Doug Martin is going to play soon, please, god.

Lamar Miller officially active. Probably Blue still gets more snaps than usual so Miller is a flex and blue a desperation play with td vulture upside but a floor of possibly like two points.
