I usually get box sets of stuff like star trek, aliens, a nightmare on elm street, the matrix, etc. cause I think it makes sense just to buy that and save money instead of just wasting cash on 1 or 2 flicks that cost like 10 or 20 bucks each. Plus they come with some goodies and a bonus disc so that's nice.

Like if there's a good show I've heard about (i.e. game of thrones, breaking bad, mad men) I usually wait until it's over, THEN get the box set. Whereas others I really like, I'll just go and get it.
