If there's any way to push the draft to the Saturday or Sunday (September 1st or 2nd) at 8pm instead of Friday (August 31st) that would be awesome because I'm coming back from the cottage on the 1st. If not I will do my best to make it, but internet is spotty up there.

Does nfl.com not do the pick swaps automatically? Their "Future Draft Picks" page appears to reflect the deals that were made. Marshmallow, you traded me Doug Baldwin and your 3rd for Rob Kelley and my 1st.
