Turn 2-2-2: It is China's turn! One of the commonly missed rules is that making cities happy doesn't activate them, and you can do multiple cities at the same time if you have enough mood on hand. And I guess we're not getting a megariver this time. Booo. That stuff happens. China builds an Apothecary and then a Settler for one food, then moves the latter. Turn 2-2-3: It is Egypt's turn! That stuff happens. Egypt's research of Public Education spawns an event: Envoys Meet posted:Reveal the top Wonder and gain 1 Culture or 1 Idea. Then select an opponent to receive 1 Culture. Barbarians attack! This is a little scary. Barbarians attack units in cities first, and then apply any extra hits to the city itself. Roll a 5 or a 6 and that's either a city or a leader gone. Action Queue - Blue: Move leader if desired, - Yellow: Two moves remaining, - Red: Gain 1 Culture or 1 Idea, and select who gets 1 Culture. - Red: Choose which city gets attacked by the Barbarian infantry. In fact, your only valid options are 'China gets a Mood' or 'Persia gets a Mood'. Pausing for call there as it could alter Persia's turn.

Barbs can only spawn on explicitly empty slots, so you cannot dunk your Settler. (I looked into it because I would've maybe gone for G15 myself)
