Sabalenka is really in charge of this match hey

Yeah, this seems to be a bit too much for Zheng. Sabalenka is in top form though, too bad we didn't get a match against Swiatek

I feel like there are some good experiences and learnings she can take from the match though. Like the second serve needs an overhaul, she started to absorb more of Sabalenka's pace when she stood a little more behind the line and was actually participating in points from them on, stuff like that.

Crazy good tournament from Sabalenka. Only spent like 8 hours on court across 7 matches. She even managed to get out of that loss of confidence at the end.

Great win from Sinner. He slowly worked his way into the game and managed to fix his first serve and calm down his forehand.

Really impressive from Medvedev too, good first two and a half sets were pretty flawless until Sinner lifted and he ran out of energy.

Sinner is crazy good, but I feel really bad for Medvedev becoming the first person to lose two finals from two sets up. Just ran out of gas which isn't surprising considering he set the record for most sets played in a tournament

Despite all his slam final failures medvedev has been the most consistent not-djokovic of the last few years. He’ll be back for sure barring injury.

It's cruel that after playing five finals against Djokovic and Nadal, the one time he got to play somebody else he was already exhausted

We have the capability to make San Jose's first Cup Champion.

The Sharks could be that Champion.
Meh. If Medvedev doesn't want to play so many sets, he should probably stop playing like he's Davydenko 2.0 and actually put that 6'6 frame to use to end points early.

The only person I feel bad for is me, finally giving up at the start of the second set at 2:30am and going to bed.

We all miss Roger. I wish he'd have adopted a more aggressive style earlier in his career (like many clamored for) to preserve his body and limit his mileage, but that man preferred to construct points rather than simply win them.
