Problem description: Reinstalled Windows on my main PC like two months ago and after encountering some Mic/Headphone related issues decided to update and reinstall. The Realtek drivers don't work on my speakers (no audio and weird, software-issues in Spotify whenever I'm using the speakers as the main device) and it never detects audio from the confirmed working microphone. Reinstalling the drivers supplied by my MB-manufacturer gets me stuck in a reboot loop where it's supposed to uninstall the old drivers but never actually changes anything. Completely uninstalling using DDU and reinstalling the drivers just results in the same issues I had previously. Checked dozens of forums threads that all had similar issues but not a single working solution. Also, despite it working on my previous installation, I've never had Realtek HD Audio Manager show up on my PC, it's like it's just not being installed.

Attempted fixes: What have you tried to do to resolve the problem? Reinstall drivers using Realtek drivers from Manufacturer, manual deinstallation using DDU.

Recent changes: Nothing besides Windows Updates and a dozen failed attempts at reinstalling the driers--

Operating system: e.Windows 10 Pro N

System specs: MB: Gigabyte H110m-S2h, i5-7500 CPU, AMD RX 470, 16GB DD4 RAM

Location: What country are you in? Netherlands

I have Googled and read the FAQ: Yes

You could also try uninstalling the audio drivers manually through device manager.
