Hello, I don't know if this is the right place to post this, so I apologize in advance if I should have posted it somewhere else.

I'm having wifi issues.

As of 9:00 last night, my wifi was working just fine. However at about 10:30 I noticed that none of my wireless devices were able to connect to the internet. I've tried rebooting the modem and router about a dozen times, and while my wired internet works just fine, the wireless is still not functioning properly. The lights on the router for 2.4G and 5G are both lit.

It's weird, sometimes my phone will list the 2.4G network, and sometimes I can briefly connect to it with a poor signal, other times I'll try to connect and I'll get an "Unable to connect" error. My 5G network isn't listed in the network list at all.

Also my Amazon echo dots give me conflicting feedback; if I ask Alexa what time it is (this is my usual test if they're connecting properly), three of my echo dots will sound off with 3 different responses - one will say it can't connect to the internet and to check the Alexa app, one will tell me to restart my router and modem, and one will actually respond with the correct time as if it's connected to the internet.

I tried logging into the router and I really don't know what I'm looking at, let alone what settings to look at or change.

Any help you guys can provide would be amazing.

Have you tried unplugging both the modem and router for a few minutes?

Also, make sure you're on the latest firmware for the router:

Yep, did both of those.

Look for an option to reset the router to factory default settings.
