So is the mod setting up Sandrah to be the understudy of a god but a cooler and more badass one than you-know or some lore legend like Elminster? Could see that overheard conversation being indicative of either.

Monster Summoning III in particular is a spell that you'd ordinarily not learn until your Mage is almost at the vanilla BG1 level cap. What I'm saying is that this ability is waaaaaay out of depth to be giving you this early.
