people think small breed fuzzball dogs are dogs you don't have to train so they get them as surprise puppies for their kids and realize that you do, in fact, have to train them to not bark every time they want something and that pooping inside is bad. It's really sad because little fluffball dogs make great little lap dogs and they are adorable. it's definitely an owner issue and not the dog. Look up your local humane society/adoption place and count how many fluffdogs you see with dumb disney names like Olaf or whatever that are barely over a year old that will never get adopted out because of idiots adopting something because it's cute not realizing that it doesn't inherently know how to not poo poo on the floor.
