Austria on Saturday. Excited for an actual knockout game. I imagine the only holdover from yesterday will be Verratti, though obviously Locatelli has already made his case for being in the starting lineup.

Don't think Chiellini is gonna make the Austria match. I wonder if it's Bastoni or Acerbi then.

I read that Acerbi would start earlier today. And Locatelli on the bench, Barella, Jorginho, Verratti starting.

That was close. Bonucci is going to get rekt by one of Ronald or Lukaku. Need Barella to put in a shithouse tackle on him in training this week.

Popping in to say that, with Wales and Scotland out, and Harry Kane in the England squad, I will be Italian for the duration of the tournament.

Acerbi trained with the starting squad yesterday, but I think big George is going to start if he's deemed healthy enough in the warmups

Achilles tear for Spinazzola. Man’s probably out til Christmas. That’s terrible; he’s been one of our best, if not the best.

Why were idiots saying it was his hamstring in the MDT it was obviously his knee that blew out

Also having watched all matches so far I can confidently say this Italy side are going to make Spain look very silly indeed, I'm expecting a drubbing

Yes. Good point. I also wonder why whenever someone does their Achilles they always hold their ankle instead of their knee for some reason. Idiots.

There is currently a big media push - by who, I'm not quite sure, but I keep seeing people on Twitter talking about it - to have Jorginho named the Ballon d'Or winner if Italy win

As someone who has watched a lot of Chelsea matches, Jorginho is not very good.

He's also a Brazilian failturd and less Italian than the Jersey Shore GTL bros.

That would be a travesty lol

Lets be real it'll go to Ronald or Messi or, in the off chance they changed the voting structure, Kante.
