Vikings need serious help with the lines. Despite getting pushed around it was a lot closer than last year's game. Flores is a hell of a coach. If the offense could hold on to the football this team might be good. Lol at the dude whining about the refs. You won, don't be a baby about it.

Guess I'm buying more turnovers tomorrow morning. My parents are huge Viking fans and on Monday I took them a box of turnovers after the 3 TO performance against Tampa. Kinda feels like I need to do it again. It was deserved, I opened my hotel room before we headed out to the game last Sunday with a towel laying in front of my door with a note that said Bucs Crying Towel. It was my mom's shenanigans.

Has there ever been a legitimate starter traded mid season? Seems like learning the offense enough to contribute would be a high bar. I guess Baker went to the Rams last year and immediately beat the Raiders (lmao). Google shows Jimmy G when the Pats traded him and Carson Palmer which was a weird holdout situation

Of the guys already mentioned, Baker had been bunched and released and the Rams got him on waivers, Jimmy G was a backup when he went to the 49ers to become their starter, and Carson Palmer was holding out. There’s plenty of examples of starters being traded in the offseason, backups being dealt and immediately starting for their new team happens a fair bit too. Maybe the closest ones I can think of Charlie Frye. He started week 1 for the Browns in 2007, was awful and benched for Derek Anderson, and two days later they traded Frye to the Seahawks to be their QB #3, but he didn’t play a snap for them until the following season.
