If he had he could have slowed up and not run straight through the WR who was trying to get back to the ball. PI is much worse when it's an overthrow out of the end zone that no receiver could possibly caught and gotten both feet in even if they were wide open. Wilson was underthrowing all day, that penalty is 100% on the DB

Without looking it up I would bet the Titans see a lot less cover 2 than most teams. The Ravens are a committed nickel defense but they played a lot of base against TEN and one safety stuff

Maybe the fact that we don't have an 8 game winner or 0 game winner to set the tone affects perception too.
