Twice before, the Football Funhouse has provided a thread that had a really great gimmick - using the draft order, pick fictional players to fill out a real roster. I'm doing it this time! The rules: 1. They had to have played football at some time. Any age is acceptable. 2. You must have an image/video of this player playing football. A YouTube clip, screenshot, comic, etc. 3. No trades 4. FICTIONAL CHARACTERS ONLY (the George Plimpton rule) In addition, I will be giving grades for picks, with values being rated for: A) Originality of pick B) Pick's value as position listed on team's roster C) Humor derived from pick As of now, I'm only doing this for the first round, but if we actually get through that we might go longer. Who knows, I might even award a prize to the best GM! If the character theoretically plays, can we bring up text-based evidence from books or whatever? For example, the Emperor of Mankind from 40k throughout the ages was reincarnated as various religious and influential figures throughout history, such as Jesus or Moses. Surely he is also Tom Brady??
