I am getting sick of this poo poo, so I am leaving it up to you for email creation. Post your email, I copy/paste/send away to him. I won't send the email if it is stupid, or too nuts. I need to keep his trust in order for this to work. Here's whats been going on so far:

He said that a lot of documents packages marked "SA Business" have been flooding through the various mail boxes of the higher ups. They were supposedly being very quiet about it. Not even letting him know what it was. Who knows, maybe it's just something else that SA stands for... but what if it isn't?

Well, I handed over some key documents and links to one of the other sites suing SA, which is also contacting the FBI, hoping that stuff will help in the case.
Lowtax has this "Red Light" thing happening, and I blew it out into the wide open in his forums. Apperently, anyone who has a grievance against Lowtax will lose their ISP account if SA does make inroads into ISP's. Hence, why you should contact tech/general support and ask about this, or warn about it.
Geocities has been the latest target of SA cyber terrorist activities. Forcing sites to close, sending hate mail, porn, and even death threats to some site owners.
Lowtax is caving badly, and now is using what little recourse He may have left to survive, because He realises He's messed with the wrong web sites lately, and the very serious legal trouble He will be in shortly.

Oh dear. He is messing with Geocities now? He won't be on the internet longer than a week after this. Thanks for your advice. I called AOL service representatives, hinting at the existance of 'SA' but naturally they denied everything (typical). I also called some of the local ISP's out of the phone book and they all denied it too (this really scares me). Anyways, Lowtax is going beyond his bounds. Remember, they brought down Capone for tax evasion, maybe they'll bring him and his organization down for his cyber attacks. Keep your fingers crossed.

If I have the time today, I'm going to TRY and E-mail the ISP's about the "Red Light" Project, hearing such a thing from several SA users, plus someone sneaking me the secret passwords to ACTUALLY SEE THE DOCUMENTS THEMSELVES, I believe it's possible.
I seen this happen on Prodigy before, when several of us complained about kids handing fake ID's and fake accounts. Since they had friends within the ISP, we lost our accounts, not them. So if that's possible, Lowtax's "Red Light" plan is a possibility.
Another site responded to ALoD, but isn't willing to fight back. 
Lowtax must be running scared now.

The documents? Do you actually mean the SA Documents!? Is the password a spoken code or something? If so my friend working at the ISP could give it to his boss and possibly get orders from the local division. He will be at work tomorrow, so I will call him in a few hours to let him know about this. Maybe I can have him overhear some more passwords. He is one of us, he knows how evil Lowtax can be. BTW, I was talking to one of my friends who is actually an SA veteran (dont worry I havent let on to your plan). He said that in the early day's of SA, Lowtax admitted to being a narcisist and actually tried to pass himself off as George Clooney to pick up girls (could this be a reason he lives in South California?). I hope you can use any information possible to bring him down.

After blowing the "Red Light" thing open, the page "mysteriously" dissapeared. Knowing He might take it off, I went there to take shots of it, but I was too late. Oddly enough, after blowing that wide open, my forums account "mysteriously" stopped working as well.
I have sent some stuff proving Lowtax has indeed planned a terror attack, and executed as well. Hopefully that 1 site which is talking to the FBI will give them the files I sent (proving a terror attack plan).
That's as far as I'll get into detail, because everything possibly legal has to stay tight-lipped.

Some of the SA Goon which have special access to project pages, decided to stop supporting Lowtax, and gave me his username and password to check it out for myself.
Basically, it shows SA pinging several ISP's, without names, and how fast they are capable of accomplishing such a task. After that, they tried sending and recieving test packets of data, which apperently also worked fairly well, but a tad slow (600 to 800mS, usually). It was mentioned 2 nodes were not responding either, which must be AOL, because they claim to have to affiliation with SA (asked them a month ago).
I just wish I took pix of the site. Stupid me.

OMG, where was this website? Was it on somethingawful.com? What was the URL? If there is proof out there, maybe I could help to track it down. Can you remember any keywords on the page? I have the time to browse through hundreds of pages of Google search results. By the way you mentioned AOL does have connections to SA? If this is true, it is very disturbing news. They could even have their servers monitoring keywords related to SA, so be careful.

The page is defunct, since I tried to access it after I blabbled it. The URL was:
