I've hit the max level and still haven't been able to actually beat any of the runs. I apparently did one without realizing it, because i have an alternate load out for Saffron, but I still find myself losing to the final boss every time I try. This is the only rogue like I've ever really liked enough to put time in, but it's so frustrating never actually being able to finish the game.

What ending are you going for? The neutral ending is definitely the easiest boss because you just grab all the aoe stuff. It also doesn't really feel like an ending. The "real" ending feels like the full murder one, and it's definitely the hardest until you get a good grasp of the game.
