I'd absolutely love it if they hired some poor graduate assistant or former burned out quality control coach to actually review their playbooks and scheme stuff. Or hell give us back the formation and play creator tool for franchise play.

You can do the same to a few of the guys on that play, and in the later games like Tecmo III where you can cycle through the receivers backwards, hitting the receiver on the bottom of the screen on a go route against the blitz is a massive. Also Shotgun X Drive with the receiver in the slot and the TE split wide in the original game is nasty. Guys at every level and three easy ones to beat even a called blitz.  EDIT: And that TE slant from Pro T Flare D can be picked if you have a QB with the wrong stats. Dudes like Tolliver or Brister, where they have a high passing speed giving them a low, flat arc with poo poo pass control can sometimes get picked by linebackers underneath. fartknocker fucked around with this message at 01:47 on May 30, 2020 |

The league tabled the 4th and 15 thing but this rule change is interesting to me...quote:The second change expands defenseless player protections to a new class of player: kick or punt returners who have not had an opportunity to avoid contact after catching the ball. Under this rule, hits on these players would be subject to a 15-yard personal foul penalty. This should actually help returns become more of a thing. I like it.

Kaepernick has settled nicely into a community activist role and actually helping people. He's not coming back unless he's getting good cash and a starting job.
