Whoever tried to make a comparison between this guy and Kool Keith is way off the mark. Dr. Octagonecologyst is light years better than anything Lil' B has made and still sounds modern. Keith's flows were pretty loving out there but still hold up.

I agree with this, for the most part. Lil B has 10-20 years ahead of him. It's possible he could be as great as Keith someday. He's probably a better freestyled than Keith, and that's about it, for now.
