Imagine if medicaid didn't exist and you were just expected to cut a check for 1.2 million to stay alive. Anyway, I left that company after two years and I absolutely hate everything to do with the healthcare industry. The hospitals, doctor offices, medical school, insurance companies, all of it can go die in a fire because it's all a cycle of one group trying to get more money out of the other group and it's driving prices into an unaffordable mess.

This is only controversial if you claim that the Goths migrated into Scandinavia or something like that, but the etymological connection between Goths, Götland, Geats &c. is totally solid. The names aren't "kind of similar" they're derived from the same ethnonym, Proto-Germanic "*geutan", to pour (likely as in a waterfall, rapids, fast-moving river).  Also applies to Scandinavians.
