"Today was great. I enjoyed this.”

Obama later confirmed to reporters that, as clearly indicated in section 1233 of his health care reform bill, he hopes to personally kill thousands of senior citizens in the next three years of his presidency.

Please tell me this catches at least one local talk radio host, or high profile Tea Partier somewhere, like the Abortionplex one.

"I have a responsibility to provide unbiased wake-up zaniness, hard-rocking hits and celebrity impressions, and that's a responsibility I don't take lightly. If I were to get in bed with every car dealer and theme restaurant that wants sponsorship, morning radio would soon be no better than the commercial wasteland of evening drive-time."

The link in the description, The Onion Labs, is fascinating. They are getting organizations and companies to pay to get mocked and satirized for advertising and image branding purposes.

Maybe I'm alone on this one, but it's just as well that they don't. I doubt any of us can even begin to comprehend how unspeakably dark a parody like that has the potential to become if The Onion decided to run with it.

Over here in the UK we have the Onion-equivalent The Daily Mash. Instead of Sad Kevin we have two really angry Scottish blokes nailing the poo poo out of UK culture and swearing a lot. A lot. Mostly impenetrable to those not well-versed in Scottish slang or British politics, but when they're on they're on. A few of my favourites:

Large Breasted Women Get It All Their Own Way Again which could really have just been a headline.
Vatican Sticks With Nazi Theme
Arm Teachers, Say Unspeakable Pieces of poo poo
Britain poo poo Again

And I still get a snigger out of One Direction Can't Believe How Many Girls They're Fingering.
