You know you could beat a goose in a fight, it's no contest, but then you have to think "Do I want to be that guy that fought a goose?". Gorilla doesn't have the problem for the same reason, but it knows it's just easier to not bother. Why fight this goose, and a potential second goose, when I could just go over here and not fight a goose. In the end, the gorilla is the true victor. It took the moral high ground and let that goose have its day.
