Luckily didn't have to wade through too much "bill_murray" tagged anime fanart before finding that it's probably by an artist called "baalbuddy", though I couldn't find a site. Most of their art I found is porn (what a surprise), though there was also this:

From left to right, it's Yuki Nagato from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Rika Furude from Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni, Homura Akemi from Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Bill Murray, Rintaro Okabe from Steins;Gate, and the unnamed protagonist of The Tatami Galaxy.

Yeah, the stockings are what cued me in to realizing that the girl is Velma. That's not the greatest representation of her face. This picture wigs me out considering that I joke around by saying that I look like a real-life equivalent of Velma. (Seriously, and it's not intended.) I know that there's much worse fanart of Velma out there, but I don't really want to think about.

CrackSpider posted:It's Benedict Cumberbatch as seen in the BBC series 'Sherlock'. Sherlock takes this pose on the couch while he's thinking in the first episode. When the show first became really Tumblr popular, some deranged person or group of persons printed out posters of the main characters' faces and weird internet jokes and covered my college campus in them. Just thousands of "MORIARTI IS REAL", "Save Sherlock", etc. on every lamp post, mailbox, door, and bathroom stall. For awhile I couldn't take a piss without staring Benedict Cumberbatch in the eyes. People eventually started tearing them down and writing "gently caress Sherlock" on everything. It was pretty surreal.

I remember when that happened. Luckily I live in a small enough town so I didn't have to see any of it in person. Tumblr fandoms go loving stir crazy when their show's on a break.

Are you sure this is a singer? Because I googled Princess of Darkness and found nothing. I did find this though, for some reason. (sorry about the small size) It's fanart of Pewdiepie and... something called a "Cry"? The only information I could find on whatever a "Cry" is was this gif tagged "pewdiecry" on tumblr: This gif was in the same post. Also there's a ton of Pewdiepie/Cry yaoi under that tag if anyone else wants to sift through it.

To be fair Sherlock Holmes has always had weird fans. Back even when Conan Doyle was still writing the original novels people did their own fanfiction, theories to explain plot holes and such. Sherlockian societies are classier than any modern fandom though.

Cubone posted:Cry is a YouTube lper. I'm watching his Lucius video and he's certainly leagues less annoying than Pewdiepie. At the very least he avoids most of the "Youtube LP Sins". No scare cam, no mugging, doesn't seem to have any unfunny running gags, doesn't read all the text on screen, mostly shuts up during cutscenes, sounds vaguely like Christopher Walken. How on earth did he and Pewdiepie get gay-paired up together by fans? They're pretty much on complete opposite ends of the LP spectrum. Kaboom, here's some content. My favorite part of this is how "Facebook" is the only one that exhibits a personality you would associate with the website, while all the other ones are just generic animes. Unless Twitter and Google+ are well known to contain perky people, Tumblr and Deviantart are well known to contain grumpy people, and Imgur is well known to contain cat people.
