I have a friend who consistently posted about how much she hated her job until her boss - who wasn't on her Facebook, come on I'm not that dumb :eyeroll: - told her to just leave. She's in an industry so small, she could go by her first name.

I'll go ahead and say that there's little thinking that goes behind it, or people just don't realize what "public" means.
