If I have to hear "Midnight Rider" one more time from that loving Geico commercial, I swear to God I will flip the gently caress out.

Reminds of me of the douchey Boar's Head meat commercials: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mmlQWuv0SVI The radio ones are even worse because they've got the most smug, douchebag announcer they could possibly get with a similar theme about "trusting it with your kids." There's even a back to school one where the letter from mom to the kid lists all of the "ingredients" of the lunch meat.

I hate that goddamn stupid watch commercial that shows now literally every single commercial break on every channel I watch. The one with the "futuristic" watch that you can talk into and plays music and apps and poo poo like that, and they show clips of watches doing similar things on old TV shows. gently caress that commercial. gently caress it so hard. And not in that fun way, either.

Funny, because Kraft Singles (And all individually wrapped cheese slice products for that matter) taste absolutely terrible. The only merit they have is for giving dogs medicine.

Wait real cheese is fatty where kraft american singles aren't? I guess I always assumed they were made mostly of fat due to the weird texture/flavor. You can get cheese called "deluxe american" in the cooler or sliced at the deli and it's the same concept as kraft singles but lots lots better. I'm a "sharp cheddar on everything" person but deluxe american is pretty good sometimes when my normal sharp cheddar would be too powerful a flavor or seems to me in that particular time and place of whatever meal I'm making, even if I made it last night with sharp cheddar, to be too powerful. Vin BioEthanol posted:Wait real cheese is fatty where kraft american singles aren't? I guess I always assumed they were made mostly of fat due to the weird texture/flavor. Yes. It's literally cheese made from skim milk. All skim cheese ends up with that weird texture. I used to work at a hospital and that's all they used on the food. If skim cheddar/American tastes awful to you, stay the hell away from skim Swiss. It tastes like really weak cream cheese (and has a texture somewhere inbetween Kraft singles and cream.)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EHQ6skWi1kw AT&T strikes again. I don't mean to sound like an anti-millenial douche bag, but I take issue with this. Kids at a birthday party shouldn't be watching TV. They should be goofing off with friends, and having fun. It's clearly a lovely day outside, and they could do quite a few fun games without that dumb box in front of them. Not saying there's anything wrong with watching "The Lion King" when it's raining outside, but this scene is clearly not the case. Also this ad kind of pisses me off as well: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C1aBsDc-ck0 You're going out to trick or treat. You really don't need a smartphone, tablet or gadgets. Go have fun, and spend time with your family.

I was actually more amused than annoyed. This is my big problem. My strainer takes up too much space. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ofviWfIOoe0 A spill stopper! Who'd have ever thunk of that. Wait. I have several. They're called lids.

DirecTv has started airing ads directly ripping on their competitors. Which is not uncommon by any stretch. But they'll show the competing company's logo at the end of the ad with a slogan like "DISH: WHY PAY LESS?" They don't even end the ad with their own company logo. It probably bothers me more than it should, but if you're going to tell me why the other guy sucks, then tell me why I should go with you. It reminds me of negative political smear ads.
