Is there a way to report bugs to Sony/Amazon? I've found a repeatable bug that crashes the PS4. If you hit the playstation button while using Amazon Video, it brings up the dynamic menu, putting you on the TV & Video tab. If you hit down, it will automatically bring you to the Amazon video icon. But if you switch quickly from TV & Video to Amazon and then back to TV & Video it freezes the console. These might not be the exact steps, but it has crashed my PS4 3 times now.

So it ended up taking twelve hours for my BF4 PS3 upgrade to install the multiplayer portion. Everything else installs much faster than that, this is the only game that took a while. I also noticed that sometimes when a disc is spinning, the PS4 will make a loud humming noise, and then when it spins down it makes a weird noise. Not sure if it's an issue or that's just what it does, it is working perfectly fine otherwise.

Another question I just thought of: Does the DS4 have SIXAXIS? I know it has rumble because it's part of the DualShock family, but I couldn't remember whether or not I'd heard if PS4 games used SIXAXIS control. I know Killzone 2 and 3 did on PS3 so I thought Shadow Fall might if it was still a thing for PS4.

My console from Amazon had the packaged air only on top, but fortunately it was only loud when I was playing games for the first time and they were installing. No problems with the system so far. Streaming audio to the controller is a godsend, but I think it might drain the battery more quickly. Either that or I'm just playing too much!

Hoooooo poo poo. I read posts here about USB headsets working, and remember that I bought the Logitech H600 a year or so ago to try with my PS3. It didn't work on it, so it just kinda sat in storage since. I plug it in and it's working, game audio, muting, everything

No one knows what you are talking about since you're just ranting in here but my assumption is they processed a return but will not put money back on your card till they see you have sent it. Hence, don't send it. If some shlub at amazon was dumb enough to give you actual money back without having their console at the very least in the courier system with a tracker, well... Anyone succeed in connecting the Playstation App to their PS4? The app doesn't see the ps4 even though I am on the same wifi router. I got a dual band N router. That shouldn't be the cause, right?

Wow I just got treated so badly at the sony store while trying to return a dualshock 4 that I seriously feel like never giving Sony another penny. The way they upsold ps4s was maybe some of the scummiest poo poo I have ever seen in my life.

Speaking of that, is there any way to prevent it from being automatically disconnected after five minutes or something of inactivity? Given that it won't automatically reconnect either, it's pretty useless as a remote control for movies or whatever like that.

I haven't had any issues with the system at all yet, but I got the protection plan anyway. They're usually a ripoff, but launch consoles are a notable exception.

Went to Best Buy to get a Nexus tablet and a PS4 controller and I had such a lovely experience with upselling, sales, etc. that it really reminded me of why I never shop anywhere except Amazon. Also reading about how much everyone is enjoying NFS is killing me since Amazon still says they have no idea when they'll get new copies to send out.

Upselling sucks but it's the nature of the retail beast, especially in the last 5 years. Managers push for "attachments" "protection plans" and "services". Just learn how to deal with it, because it's not going anywhere.

Is PSN down or not working for anyone else? I tried logging out and logging back in and that worked, but when I click on my Friends list and/or try to accept friend requests it's just hanging. I know mhy internet connection is working fine because I'm posting right now. edit: I just got error code NW-31448-0 and google comes up with nothing on this error code.
