That poo poo is hard to do in a spinning plane. There's a video out there of a plane that malfunctions and goes into a nosedive/spin before everyone can get out. You can see from the helmet cams how they immediately get pushed to the edges of the plane and it's hard as hell to overcome the force and get out for the guys that are not belted in and immediately right by the door. I can't imagine how hard it is for an actual pilot.
