What's happening is steal doesn't interrupt your current action. When you steal, if you were half way through some action that lands an attack it uncloaks and reveals you. This is why you can start casting cloak and dagger, then steal on someone to land it. The reveal is why you're immune to feathers etc..

 Primeval is looks great on either sex. I'm not using the whole set, but I like the effect. I finished my season 2 meta today on my main account so I celebrated by buying an outfit on my alt account.

Game crashes at 30% teq. gently caress you anet. Would be nice if it at least held your spot for 30s if you DC. And apparently if you crash out mid teq you literally get no loot.
