I'd be really surprised if WWE ever give him a contract, just on principle. It would be impossible to ignore who he is, and the only other way is if they lampshaded it by blatantly stating he's trying to get past it and have a legitimate career. It sucks that he may have to suffer for his dad's actions, but they're never going to risk the Benoit chants they'd inevitably get, and they're never going to be able to talk him up as a second-generation superstar.

Yeah, this came up in the Q?A thread a while back when it came out he might be going to the NJPW Dojo. There's no loving way they'd hire a guy that would lead to coverage linking the WWE to Chris Benoit even if the articles were neutral or positive about the son.
