It is really entertaining how this version of the Titans is more of a destructive force.

Yeah, this sure is Mad Mod. Brings back memories. Edit: Not....not sayin' anything though. Seems like a copout. E2: gently caress, this got dark. Waffleman_ fucked around with this message at 23:06 on Aug 14, 2014 |

Death's freaking groovy. I got too excited seeing Jason Todd's tomb, who were the other dead people?

One of the was Boston Brand (aka Deadman) and another was Thomas Wayne.

Boston Brand, Jason Todd, Thomas and Martha Wayne, plus you can juuust make out "Zo" at the edge (presumably Zod).

I got a kick out of the "He passed" bit with Cyborg. "No, he passed" Well that and the "Where did the grandbabies come from?" "NOBODY KNOWS"

"He's dead?" "No, he passed" was beautiful. The joke about nobody knowing where they came from just made me giggle and wonder every time they came on screen. Also, small thing but I love that Mad Mod simply got away with everything and is probably causing havoc.Nameless Pete posted:Boston Brand, Jason Todd, Thomas and Martha Wayne, plus you can juuust make out "Zo" at the edge (presumably Zod). The promo for this episode was even good. "The Teen Titans are old and someday you will be, too!"

The just straight up "he died" was kind of refreshing in light of last week's episode of Korra where a character is killed and they spend a lot of time just kind of talking around it.

Lots of great visual gags in this one. Also smart Starfire is indistinguishable from Princess Bubblegum.

So. Batman and Gordon are totally life partners. Also I agree with Cyborg, how can they be mocking Bloody Mary when they live with the daughter of satan??

Beast Boy finding out about his future self was definitely the highlight of this episode, but Robin's short remark of having a strategy for Starfire marrying someone else was up there too.

I love how Robin's insanity is usually proven right in the end. Crazy Robin is my favorite thing about this series. But yeah, Cyborg and Beast Boy prank calling themselves was great. Robin ineffectively torturing himself was hilarious too.
