We have two warlocky classes. Do curses overwrite each other, or could an enemy be cursed by two different people at the same time?

A creature can only have one Warlock's Curse at a time. The feat Accursed Coordination lets you Curse a creature that has somebody else's Curse, and gives you combat advantage against creatures with multiple Curses.

If I remember rightly, only one person can have someone cursed, and you can't overwrite someone elses, so first come first served. e;fb

It really won't matter until Paragon. I know that warlocks do bonus damage with warlock abilities to anyone cursed, I'm just thinking of Paragon when I pick up an actual pact boon. I'll pick up Accursed Coordination when I can.

Do we have the authority to detain people for the duration of the party on suspicion alone? Because I don't think F.R.E.D. is going to let any of the three suspicious and possibly armed men walk towards the happenings.

A Watch "escort" for these three would be a level 2 Risur favor. Of course, if they really were armed then you could just arrest them and turn them over to the Watch for detainment, no favors necessary.

If they still don't know I'm behind them, I could tail them to see if they try to get up to funny business, but I guess there's no guarantee I could stop them. e: I guess I could also try just slapping the cuffs on from behind or trying for a quick frisk

Remember, the RHC has full police powers in Risur. You don't need to call in favors just to pat somebody down. Sometimes you might need the City Watch to hold a perp for you, but that wouldn't require any favors either.

Netharia Faulkner. She was a recluse genius who dabbled in trying to reach the infernal realm. I always saw her as not particularly well known after she REALLY went off the edge. She was an engineer of some degree before she went off the deep end, but her private studies were decidedly private, and attempts to get in her cave were met with violence. So people may know her as a really good engineer, and a couple people really into engineering and arcana might know her as bat poo poo crazy
