When did Kirby stop putting exclamation marks at the end of every sentence? Maybe it was just to suit the far-out Fourth World comics I'm going through.

I've just about given up looking for this, maybe you folks can help. Parody edit of the "Daredevil vs. Johnny Punk" Hostess fruit pie ad, where the bad guy's trying to play teen pop music until Daredevil intervenes. Last words are "Thanks, Daredevil, now we can see the Bouncing Souls!" and DD responds "Yes, Johnny! Punk's not dead!" Saw it years ago, cannot find it anywhere now.

Sleez and Darkeseid finishes the Superman-Barda porn, but barely anyone cares as Joker's "Batman Fucks Goat" grabs all the attention. There are men who treat women like meat, so they get a woman that is literally meat.

I love the double entendre of "in the sack", too. Some SS officer is gonna end up loving a fish mouth and fondling a half-eaten wheel of Gouda.

The actual Salvation story is good but it really seems completely out of place in Preacher. Like it would have been better as a stand alone thing.

Ennis had this problem when he still wrote longass series, see "I hate St. Patrick's Day" issue of Boys, any war flashback issue in anything, American arc of Hellblazer, Kitchen Irish in Punisher. It is not really a problem in my opinion, because all these stories are good to great, and Preacher was really light on plot anyway.

The Vision wearing regular clothes will never not be funny to me. Especially since it looks like he's wearing it over his uniform. Can a Synthezoid get cold? Avengers no.92
|

I don't think he has a uniform, that's just what his body looks like. Vision's naked 24/7.

I like the idea that he wears a turtleneck around the house to play chess or whatever, and then when danger strikes he immediately disrobes to face the Kree naked. Maybe he read about Celts and Gauls and decided that was badass.
