So you only get 1 per account now vs 1 per character like the last piece. Then you can buy the other 2 pieces at 1000 crests + 2 gold each. I got one for completing this chapter of the LS. It's in the Master of Peace Bequest box. It's a really short chapter, but it was fun. The bosses were challenging and I love the look of the maze. Also Caithe

For reference just doing Artificer, Jeweler, Cook, Tailor to 400+ and Weaponsmith to around 225 cost me about 115g because cloth and logs are insane.

Yes those costs are using the crafting guides and buying only the minimal mats necessary in addition to using crafting boosters the whole time.

That was taken from hour 21 of a tournament to see who could get to level 10 first without buying anything from the cash shop. The winner got the Superr Maga Goodman VIP Special pack that lets you use offhand weapons.
