Cleverly looked pretty knackered in the last round. Maybe he's been on the Enzo Maccarinelli training regimen.

Fucks sake if Bellew wins this and the Pacquiao fight goes the distance it means the Argie who quit in the 10th against McDonnell cost me £100. Only needed the fucker to go the distance.

I love that. Although, nothing can top the MST3K routine over the flute thing from the last fight I watched.

Not talking about this one in particular but all these events in Macau really represent the worst of the modern business of boxing.

It was pointed out by Paulie during the Russell fight but the way he moves around in the pocket is amazing to watch. Him against Gradovich and/or Walters will be the best thing ever.

Lacist.

Also, Thai fighters who change their last name to their sponsor or gym own.

EDIT: Shiming is pretty fun to watch when he's active; fortunately he's definitely gotten more active as he's career has gone on.

Kinda worth it for the Lomachenko fight, which was awesome. Anyone with more boxing knowledge than me know if they'll ever put in Zhou against better figthers? I know it's early in his pro career but I wonder if China is heavily invested in protecting his viability as a pro draw. Although it's cynical, I'll admit he's made progress each fight.

My hunch is not for a while. I don't know if Chinese boxing fans are sophisticated enough to want to see their guy in with tougher than what they're getting. Shiming doesn't really need big fights to establish himself as a draw; he's already a name in China.

The rumour is that they want Zou to challenge Amnat Ruenroeng in February. Shiming is 33, so he probably can't count on a long career.
