As much as we love to hate him, I am honestly concerned about what will happen to the sport when he eventually dies* or retires. Will it become the Red Bull Formula 1 Grand Prix Series brought to you by Red Bull? Or maybe have some kind of ineffective board of directors approach to management. Or even worse, just have Horner in charge? I don't think anyone is as evil and manipulative as Bernie, and I kind of think that's what F1 needs. At least he has the balls to make decisions, and not just vacillate endlessly over... well, anything. * if he actually proves to be mortal

It will be a sport managed by committee and it will become awful. A selfish, egotistical sport full of cunts needs a chief oval office to be its dictator.

JEV is going to the Scud as test driver. Can't wait to see him in the team when Kimi retires, phwoar.

Probably should've signed him to partner with Kimi and relegated Seb to janitorial duty.

Agreed. An F1 without Bernie is a series with a 'sprint' and 'feature' race format, a 16 car grid, Red Bull marketed and regulated Xtreme-fest which happens entirely within a temporary track inside a football stadium. I hope the fucker is immortal.

It'll cost him a lot more to shore up 20 cars and probably something to ensure 3 car teams (or he recognises it'll leave the sport very vulnerable). He's not doing something good as such, he's looking for someone else (the engine manufacturers) to pay a bill he might otherwise have to. simplefish posted:I thought we liked Hartstein?
