He will obviously be part of the club again, but not in a position like that. Of course, he will still have quite a bit of influence, even if he's just a regular member.

As of 2. January 2015 Hoeneß is a day-release prisoner and from what I understand he signs his new work contract with the FC Bayern today (Monday). Based on his own wish he will work in the youth section. German media also questions his suitability as a role model for young people.
