There are mods the do in fact take levels from Unleashed and put them in Generations, so that might be the case.

Considering the entire premise of the game is literally old levels taken and morphed into 2D or 3D (depending on the original format), along with keeping the original level, I think that it isn't too surprising to see an old level.
