Even if it flops it won't undo the webcomic or manga so it's free to do what it wants and it could be another fantastic rendition of the series.

I thought I'd heard something about that before, I couldn't remember when it was going to happen. I really don't care who ends up getting it, the rest of the show could be South Park grade cutouts as long as they blow the animation budget on action sequences. I just keep coming back to Astro Fighter Sun Red in my mind for the jumps between normal and serious Saitama.

Madhouse has done good work, if I can't get my Trigger dream they're a solid choice. Trigger's probably better off trying to animate their own original stuff anyway (eventually, aside from Academia they're probably years away from another original show), we can't get the next show like Kill la Kill if they're constantly animating other properties.
