Here ya go It's only 50 seconds, but should show you why people are  over it.

It's a Side scrolling beat-em-up, game play wise it's decent, content is questionable.

Is that the one where someone uploaded a video that's literally just jerking off the vita like a cock and clearing the stage?

I can't see him pulling off Wolverine without redefining what "butch" means. Bowie is a great many things, but a rough and ugly squat guy is not one of them.

Yes, he's at least butch, hairy, and can act like a dude who legitimately drinks beer and watches sports and goes on long hikes in the winter forest fighting bears and Wendigo for the hell of it. I adore Bowie with all my heart and soul in the same way I'm afraid of Dracula, but I can't see Bowie pulling Wolverine off without doing a little creative interpretation. Beast, yeah he could do that. Colossus too provided the CGI was good enough. Wolverine? Nah.

He'd probably make an ace Gambit, no pun intended.

David Bowie and Tilda Swinton merge, each half completing the other. Then The Perfect Creature sings the song that will end this world.

Does anyone know what issue that was? I haven't heard many good things about Countdown to Final Crisis, but I have a friend who is THE biggest Queen fan and a mostly-lapsed DC reader, with a birthday around the corner. I'd like to at least get him that issue, but is the Pied Piper storyline leading up to that moment collected in one TPB, ideally?

So I imagine it counts down from #52 to 1, and the Piper story weaves in and out throughout, like 52?

Would that issue make any sense on its own, or does it have any redeeming features other than the Queen bit?

IIRC, Countdown is where the infamous 'Evil Mary Marvel using Kyle Rayner as a cudgel' panel is from, so there's that?

yes to one, and the second one the answer is no. If you friend likes rock and roll and comics Red Rocket 7 is the comic for you.

Oh, Allred is my favorite artist, so I have all the oversized Red Rocket 7 singles, and I love them. Not as much as his other works, but I like how he delved into the history of rock 'n' roll. Great call on possibly getting him the TPB as a gift, maybe in addition to the Countdown issue.

He also loves Star Trek, but I wouldn't even know where to begin picking him out Star Trek comics, toys, or collectibles that he doesn't already have.
