I'm reminded of this stupid c|net article saying how the fact that someone who built a 1KB "hard drive" in Minecraft means "it's only a matter of time before things start going the way of "Terminator" or "The Matrix," or at least to the point where we're building virtual simulations of fully functioning computers that obey the laws of the physical world." Because yes, a Minecraft simulation of a hard drive is really accurate, my real hard drive is full of pistons too.

Anyway that is stupid, and bitcoin is stupid, so I hope someone makes a bitcoin miner in Minecraft. For those not familiar with the game, things in the game can be on fire, so it can be a highly accurate simulation of a bitcoin miner.
