frieza doesnt die by getting cut apart as the khazeshinhan(destructo disk) showed. dendes dragon balls are stronger than kamis. majin buu had to be wished back to life. but it doesnt make a bit of difference guys. the balls are inert

I just blew through Dragon Ball in the last few weeks. Top moment has to be Master Roshi whipping out the Mafuba (even though he missed). Followed closely by every other Mafuba.

Going off of previous Dragon Ball Deaths where the characters were disintegrated(Krillan on Namek, Chaotzu against Nappa), and wished back to life, I think Frezia should have been brought back in his normal form. I haven't seen Revival of F yet to see if that's explained better on why Frezia was also brought back in pieces when he was wished back. It is explained in the movie. Because he was brought back when he died over a year ago, Shenlong could not repair his body. As such, he was reborn on the same state as he died: as a bunch of body parts that were only still alive because Freeza is really, really resistent to death. He's then thrown into a super-powerful regen chamber that was only created after his death and could get him back to full health. Technology!

I mean, Return of F makes it seem like Whis is quite a bit more powerful than Beerus, and the way he spoke about him in the latest episode of Super ("Thanks for playing with him") is the way someone would talk about a child. There's no way Beerus is the strongest out there, even if this wasn't Dragonball with its ridiculous power increases.

Whis can straight up knock Beerus out with one punch and according to a Kanzenshuu piece quoting Toriyama, if Beerus is a 10 on the strength scale, Goku in BoG was a 7 and Whis is a 15. e: But yeah, I agree that there's a sort of parental dynamic to Beerus/Whis which makes me think Beerus is actually quite young (for a God of Destruction catman). My Xenoverse human kicked the poo poo out of both of them. If I'm remembering it right, Whis gets beaten and has to retreat, it's actually kinda unsettling, like he's never been beaten before and doesn't know how to react and sounds genuinely frightened.
