I think Punt's insistence to kill Hal is scummy. Town wouldn't be as threatened by the appearance of a unknown 3rd party figure as scum would. Punt's poisoned though. Who's to say there isn't a town poisoner?

I read post histories as opposed to the thread as a whole so some of that context is missed at times especially when replacing. I'd say that not only would scum want a distraction but more importantly, then wouldn't stop talking about it.
