But you're right about the follow-up. The clever ones will be keeping an eye on this thing so they can be the first to get the article out titled "THE STAR CITIZEN DREAM CRASHES" and then the retrospectives asking "What went wrong?" because as the author says in the end, Star Citizen loving up would be a pretty big deal in terms of discussions about the future of crowd-sourcing.

Responding to D_Smart's blog took me 8 hours. Eight hours I could have spent on the game. I spend every waking hour working on the game. Such as in my video where I demonstrated coding by typing one line on the computer screen and the mumbling incoherently while moving my hands around as if trying to restrain a serpent.

Just wanted to give thanks for the insights in this thread, crazy people aside. I was in for 190, got a refund and used some of the funds to buy an account here. Funny thing is my logon still works at the other site even though it's supposed to be permanent deleted. The refund took forever though. A month or so, but keep at it and you'll get it eventually. I registered cause I got sick of seeing the kid get eaten by a window or whatever that thing is.
